The Air Still Pro is the still we recommend more than any other — a benchtop distillery that runs on a standard power point, needs no water hookup, and turns out clean spirit from a footprint smaller than a kettle. What makes the Pro different?

Built-in temperature control and a refined condenser give you more consistent runs than the classic Air Still, with a 10L boiler capacity suited to essence-based spirits and small-batch experiments. If you're choosing your first still, the Complete Distillery Kit bundles fermentation, filtration and your first run's consumables so nothing's missing on day one.
