The details
The Create+ Boiler is the 25L stainless base every T500 system runs on. The integrated electric element delivers steady, predictable heat, which is what lets you focus on cuts and quality instead of managing a flame. It takes either the T500 reflux column for neutral spirit or the Alembic dome and condenser for flavour-driven runs.
This is the boiler only: a column or dome is required to distil.

A note on the law: in Australia you need a licence from the ATO to distil spirits, including at home. Stills of 5L or under may be used without a licence for water purification or essential oil extraction. In New Zealand a still of up to 25L may be used at home to produce spirit for personal consumption.
