The Air Still and everything that goes around it, in one box. The still itself is air cooled, running small batches of neutral or botanical spirit up to 60% ABV off a normal power point, with a built-in fan doing the condensing so there is no water to plumb in. It sits on a kitchen bench and stows in the pantry between runs.

The details
The complete starting point for small batch spirits: the Still Spirits Air Still plus everything that turns a bag of sugar into a finished bottle. The still is fan cooled and sits on the bench, so there is no plumbing and nothing to connect. The Essentials kit around it covers the fermenting, testing, filtering and flavouring side.
The 12L fermenter and pre-measured fermentation kit produce the wash. The still condenses around 1L of spirit at 40% ABV from each 4L run, the carbon filter system cleans it up, and the hydrometer, alcometer and test flask keep the numbers honest. Three Top Shelf essences (Aussie Gold Rum, Whiskey and Dry Gin) flavour your first three batches, with dextrose and distilling conditioner in the box as well.
A botanical basket, sold separately, turns the still to gin duty.
A note on the law: in Australia you need a licence from the ATO to distil spirits, including at home. Stills of 5L or under may be used without a licence for water purification or essential oil extraction. In New Zealand a still of up to 25L may be used at home to produce spirit for personal consumption.
