The details

- Stainless steel mesh
- Clips into the side of the Air Still lid
- Compatible with Air Still and Air Still Pro

Instructions for use
The Air Still has a hole under the lid where vapour enters the cooling coil. Small botanical material in this hole can cause pressure build-up inside the unit. To prevent this:
- Use a muslin cloth, hop bag or tea bag for small plant materials such as dried herbs and spices
- Use plant material larger than the hole (greater than 1cm) where possible
- Do not turn the Air Still lid upside down when inserting the basket

Can I use fresh botanicals in the Air Still Infusement Basket?
Yes. Fresh or dried both work. Dried botanicals generally give more concentrated flavour extraction. For very fine dried material such as ground spices or loose dried flowers, always use a muslin cloth or tea bag to contain them and prevent pressure build-up.
