Air Still Infusion Basket – Stainless Steel
Clips into the side of the Air Still lid and puts botanicals directly in the vapour path, so the spirit picks up their character as it passes through. Juniper and citrus for a gin style, or dried chilli, cinnamon, herbs, whatever you feel like testing. Stainless mesh, so you rinse it out and go again.

This stainless steel infusion basket is designed for creating custom gin-style spirits and botanical infusions with your Air Still or Air Still Pro.
The durable mesh basket clips into the side of the lid, keeping botanicals like juniper, citrus peel, spices, and herbs secure while helping prevent material from entering the vapour inlet hole. It is reusable and easy to fill, clean, and reuse for multiple batches.

Can I use fresh botanicals in the Air Still Infusement Basket?
Yes. Fresh or dried both work. Dried botanicals generally give more concentrated flavour extraction. For very fine dried material such as ground spices or loose dried flowers, always use a muslin cloth or tea bag to contain them and prevent pressure build-up.
