The details
Still Spirits Liqueur Base C is the 320g sugar and body pack for the sweetest Top Shelf liqueurs. Every Top Shelf liqueur flavouring is marked A, B or C, and the letter is the base you need. This is the C, the biggest pack of the three.
What it does
The flavouring gives the taste, the neutral spirit gives the strength, and the base gives the sweetness and thickness that make the result pour like a liqueur. Still Spirits describes it as giving "the ideal finished thickness and sweetness to Top Shelf Liqueurs". Base C is the fullest-bodied of the three, which is why the dessert-style flavourings call for it.

How to use it
Put the amount of 40% ABV neutral spirit stated on the flavouring bottle into a large jug, add the base slowly while whisking so it does not clump, add the flavouring, and top up to 1.125 litres with water. One pack makes one 1.125 litre batch.
