Still Spirits Shamrock Cream Base 215g / Icon Liqueur Base

Still Spirits Shamrock Cream Base is the 215g body pack made specifically for the Icon Liqueurs Shamrock Cream flavouring. It is not interchangeable with the 400g Top Shelf Cream Liqueur Base: different pack, different water volume, different finished amount.

What it does

Still Spirits describes it as giving "the ideal finished thickness and sweetness to Icons Shamrock Cream Liqueur". It supplies the creamy body and the sugar, so the Irish cream style flavouring comes out thick, sweet and stable without fresh cream. Keep the finished liqueur in the fridge.

How to use it

Add 70ml of water to a mixing jug, add the whole base pack and whisk hard until it has dissolved. Add the Icon Shamrock Cream flavouring, then top up to 1 litre with neutral spirit or vodka and shake until it is all combined. Note the order: this one is topped up with spirit, not water.

When you need this one

Only with the Icon Shamrock Cream flavouring. For the Top Shelf cream liqueurs (Chocolate Cream, Irish Cream and the rest) you want the 400g Cream Liqueur Base instead.
