Choose this 8kg pack if you wish to maximise your batch volume. It will take approximately 7 days to ferment at an average temp of 23 degrees to produce 18.3% alcohol in the wash. Expect to get 4.9 litres at 93% out of your Turbo 500. This is approximately 11 litres at 40% once it has been diluted and filtered.
