Stainless column packing for the T500. Same job as the copper saddles, adding surface area to drive reflux, with the trade being easier cleaning and a longer life against no sulphur stripping. A hot water rinse after each run is all they ask for. 500g pack.

Are stainless steel saddles as effective as copper for sulphur removal?
No. Stainless saddles increase reflux surface area for better purity but do not chemically react with sulphur the way copper does. For neutral spirit such as vodka-style, stainless is adequate. For flavour-forward spirits like whisky or rum, copper saddles are preferred.
