Ideal for: All beer styles
Kilning at a slightly higher temperature than Pilsner Malt results in a slightly darker colour and fuller flavoured base malt, typically found in traditional English Ales.
This malt is well modified and is used to make top fermenting traditional British beers. Creates Golden coloured ales of biscuity flavours with toffee and caramel notes.
