Still Spirits Water Flow Regulator for distillation
Sits inline between the tap and the T500 condenser so you can set cooling water flow properly instead of guessing at the tap. Get it right and the outlet water runs warm rather than hot, and you stop sending the rest down the drain. Fits standard garden hose and washing machine fittings.

Inline flow control valve for the T500 condenser cooling line. Fits standard garden hose and washing machine fittings.
Practical notes
- Set flow so the outlet water is warm, not hot: 30-40°C is typical
- Too little flow lets the condenser run hot and reduces output

What flow rate should I set for the T500 water flow regulator?
Adjust until the water coming out of the condenser outlet is warm but not hot - around 30 to 40 degrees Celsius. If the outlet is running cold, you are using more water than needed. If it is hot, turn the flow up to improve cooling and output.
