It fits either the T500 reflux column or the Alembic pot still, which makes it the one basket for both setups. Vapour infusion extracts gently, so the botanicals give up their character without being cooked.

What botanicals work best for gin production?
Classic gin botanicals include juniper berries, coriander seed, angelica root, and citrus peel. Juniper should generally dominate. For very fine dried material, use a muslin cloth or tea bag inside the basket to prevent particles escaping through the mesh.
