The water cooled condenser half of the Alembic setup, built to hold onto the flavours and aromas coming off a wash rather than strip them out. Pairs with the Create+ 25L boiler or a Grainfather G30, and suits whisky, bourbon, rum and gin. The 2 inch tri-clamp connection means you can reconfigure it with the rest of the tri-clamp range.

Paired with the Create+ Boiler 25L or a Grainfather G30, the Alembic Condenser retains and enhances the flavours and aromas of the wash - the pot still way to whiskey, bourbon, rum and gin. The 2" tri-clamp connection takes the full range of tri-clamp accessories, and the Grainfather Alembic Condenser Attachment Kit and Distilling Lid convert a G40 or G70 into a pot still for bigger all-grain spirit batches.
