Still Spirits Alembic Condenser & Dome
The copper head of the Alembic pot still system. It mounts on the T500 25L boiler in place of the reflux column, sending vapour through the lyne arm and into a water cooled condenser. Pot still distillation keeps more of the congeners than reflux does, which is exactly what gives whisky, rum and brandy their character.

What boiler does the Alembic Dome fit?
The Still Spirits T500 25 L boiler. The dome replaces the T500 reflux column on the same boiler lid. If you already own a T500 boiler, the dome-only option is all you need.
Does the Alembic Pot Still need a water connection?
Yes. The Alembic condenser is water-cooled and requires a continuous cold water supply during operation, the same as the T500 reflux condenser.
