SS create sight glass and botanical basket set

Fits 2" tri-clamp distilling systems including the Create+ range and Grainfather G40/G70 distilling accessories. Run it plain as a sight glass to watch the distillation, or fit the mesh filters and it becomes a botanical basket holding up to 150g of fine botanicals.

As a botanical basket

• Attach the sight glass to the lid of your system using one mesh filter and the 2" tri-clamp
• Fill with botanicals, up to 150g
• Put the second mesh filter on top
• Connect the top of the sight glass to your condensing setup with a 2" tri-clamp

Practical notes

• As a sight glass, no mesh filters are required
• As a column extension, the coarse mesh is required to prevent flooding
• Clean with warm water and a brewery cleaner; a pipe brush shifts residual oils on the glass
• CAUTION: the sight glass is very hot after a run - let it cool before handling
