Our Wild Turkey recipe was not really developed by us although we would love to lay claim to it. One of our best and most enthusiastic distillers invented this one and when we tasted it for the first time …we were like…WOW!!! that tastes so good..…so it is just too good not to share.
This recipe makes 4 brilliant litres It is a deep Golden Bourbon whiskey with rich complex flavours derived from charred barrel oak, a blend of corn rye and barley malt with Turkey’s famously smooth finish. One of our best ever bourbon recipes.
Ingredients……it’s a secret but let’s just say it contains a special American Oak blend plus a mix of bourbon whiskey essence, plus a special ingredient at the end to guarantee smoothness.
