Each pack contains 3 Ginger Beer Yeasts with added nutrient to make 3 batches. Each batch will be up to 4.5lt.

Using these yeasts you can choose either alcoholic or non-alcoholic traditional style ginger beer.

This Ginger Beer Yeast is designed to use with the Mad Millie Ginger Beer Kit.

These yeasts are also perfect for making Ginger beer in small 4.5lt batches using your own equipment such as a 5lt Glass Bottle with a bung and air lock for fermentation.
