These crown caps are imported from Italy and specifically designed to use when making tomato sauce. They are heat resistant so when boiling they do not melt and they hold the seal under heat. They will not rust a as result of the pasteurisation process. Avoid regular beer crown seals and when making tomato sauce.
Use on Standard pry-off beer bottles.
* We do not reccomend the use of screw top bottles as they are often light weight and brittle and not designed for refilling
