Turbo Pure is the strain to choose when purity is the objective: it produces markedly fewer fermentation by-products, so a cleaner wash goes into the still and a cleaner spirit comes out. The Turbo Carbon filters during fermentation and the Turbo Clear drops the spent yeast out afterwards. It is also the only yeast recommended for the Air Still, and the pick for gin and vodka where there is nothing to hide behind.
