Still Spirits Turbo Clear - 10 Pack
Turbo Clear drops out around 95% of the yeast cells that would otherwise stay in suspension. That matters because yeast heated inside a still breaks down and throws flavours nobody asked for. Ten sachets.

The details
Ten sachets of Still Spirits Turbo Clear, the two-part clearing agent you add to a finished wash before it goes into the still. One sachet per 25 litre wash, so this pack covers ten washes.
What it does
A fermented wash is full of dead yeast and suspended solids, and if they go into the boiler they scorch and taint the spirit. Still Spirits says Turbo Clear "within 24 hours separates over 90% of the yeast cells, solids and other compounds from the wash", so you siphon clear liquid off a compact layer of sediment. If you used Turbo Carbon in the wash, this is also what drops the carbon out, and Still Spirits says not to distil without doing that.
How to use it
Wait until fermentation has finished and the wash has been degassed. Stir in Part A and leave it for an hour. Then pour Part B slowly over the wash while stirring gently, not vigorously, and leave it for at least 24 hours. Siphon off the clear wash and leave the sediment behind.
Why the ten pack
You use one every wash, without exception, so ten at a time saves reordering. Its partner is the ten pack of Turbo Carbon.
