Mangrove Jacks Mo05 Yeast

Suitable for all styles of mead. A high ester-producing strain conferring fresh, floral esters, especially when fermented cool. This yeast has high alcohol tolerance and ferments well over a wide temperature range.

5Lt Glass Bottle / Demijohn

High-quality glass 5-litre Demijohns with handle and flip-top lids. They are very versatile and popular with mead makers, small-batch brewers, cider makers, and fruit winemakers.

Easy Start 5lt Syphon

This Easy Start Auto Siphon is the easiest, quickest way to transfer your batch from a 5lt Glass fermenting Bottle to a second vessel or to siphon your delicious brew from carboy to bottle. With the racking tube, it only takes a few minutes to siphon off your batch, and the tip on the racking cane is specially designed to minimise the pickup of sediment during transfer.

Q.What temperature should I ferment at?
