This range covers the three ways to build a gin: complete gin craft kits for your first batch, gin profiles that deliver a proven flavour signature, and single botanicals for blending your own.

  • Gin craft kits — everything measured and matched; follow the recipe card, then start bending it
  • Gin profiles — classic London Dry through to contemporary citrus-forward styles, ready to use
  • Botanicals — juniper first, then coriander seed, angelica, citrus peel and native Australian additions like lemon myrtle

If you're running an Air Still Pro, the infusement basket takes botanicals directly; T500 and alembic distillers use the botanicals basket in the vapour path. Either way, keep notes — the difference between batch three and batch four is where your house gin comes from.
