Australian Home Brewing takes the security of your personal and payment information seriously. This page explains how your details are protected when you shop with us.

Payment security

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. This is the highest level of certification available under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard.

Card payments are processed directly by our payment provider. Australian Home Brewing does not see, handle or store your full card number, expiry date or security code at any point.

Encryption

Every page of this website is served over an encrypted TLS connection, shown by the padlock in your browser address bar. Information you enter, including your address and payment details, is encrypted in transit between your device and our store.

Your account

If you create an account with us, keep your password private and use one you do not use on other websites. We will never ask you for your password by email or over the phone. If you think someone else has access to your account, contact us and we will help you secure it.

What we store

We keep the details needed to process and deliver your orders and to provide support afterwards, such as your name, contact details, delivery address and order history. How we collect and use that information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

In store

Card payments taken at our Oakleigh South store are processed through the same certified payment systems. Card details are not written down or stored by our staff.
