Medium bodied luscious black beer with chocolate characters on both the nose and palate. To make a delicious milk stout try adding 250-500g of lactose. Recommended yeasts: Safale S04, Danstar Windsor or Nottingham. Recommended dry hopping - Choose Fuggles or Goldings. Simle instructions - Pour directly into a sanitised fermenter, top up with approximately 3 litres of cold water and add yeast. Make sure your total volume is no more than 20 litres.
