Arkadia cafe beverages
Everything in this collection is Arkadia, made in Australia, in the sizes venues actually order. It covers the non-coffee side of a cafe drinks board: the chai, the hot chocolate, the frappes and the syrups that turn one espresso blend into a menu.
To be straight about what this is, this is a beverage range rather than a general cafe supply catalogue. We do not stock cups, lids or cleaning chemicals. What we do stock is the Arkadia range, in bulk, shipped anywhere in Australia, from people you can actually get on the phone.
What is in the range
- Chai. The largest part of the range. Spice, vanilla, matcha, golden latte, dirty chai and sticky chai, in 1kg and 1.5kg tins plus two, six and twelve packs.
- Drinking chocolate. Premium 28% cocoa, 40% dark, white chocolate and an organic gluten free blend, all in 1kg bags.
- Frappe powders. Double shot espresso, chocolate and vanilla, in 1kg bags, for blended iced drinks through summer.
- Coffee syrups. Vanilla, caramel, salted caramel, butterscotch and hazelnut, with the pump that fits them.
Buying for a venue
Two things are worth knowing if you are stocking rather than shopping.
First, the bulk sizes are where the margin is. A 1.5kg tin of chai costs meaningfully less per cup than the same product in 440g canisters, and the multipacks step it down again. If chai moves at all in your venue, the tins are the format.
Second, the range is deliberately narrow, and that is worth using. Vanilla syrup plus the vanilla frappe base covers a surprising amount of a summer menu on its own. You do not need eleven bottles on the shelf to run eleven drinks.
Ordering
Everything ships Australia-wide from our Melbourne store, and bulk sizes ship the same as anything else. We have supplied Melbourne cafes alongside home brewers for a long time, so if you are working out an opening order, or costing a menu per cup, ring us rather than guessing. That conversation takes about five minutes and usually saves a venue from over-ordering a flavour that does not move.

Do you supply cafes and venues?
Yes. The 1kg bags, 1.5kg tins and the six and twelve packs are the formats venues order, and everything ships Australia-wide from our Melbourne store. Ring us if you are putting an opening order together and we will help you size it.
Do you stock cups, lids and other cafe consumables?
No. This is a beverage range only: Arkadia chai, drinking chocolate, frappe powders and coffee syrups. We do not stock cups, lids, cleaning chemicals, milk or coffee beans.
Is Arkadia made in Australia?
Yes. Arkadia is an Australian, family-owned company and all of its manufacturing is in Australia.
Which size is the best value for a venue?
The 1kg and 1.5kg tins, and then the multipacks step the per-cup cost down again. A 1.5kg tin of chai costs meaningfully less per cup than the same blend in 440g canisters, so if chai moves at all in your venue, the tins are the format.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Metro: usually a few business days. Regional: often a bit longer. You get tracking when it leaves the warehouse.
What is your returns policy?
If something isn't right, tell us. We'll sort returns or replacements under Australian Consumer Law and our written policy. No drama.
