Arkadia beverages, made in Australia
Arkadia is an Australian, family-owned beverage company and every product it makes is manufactured here. If you have ordered a chai latte, a hot chocolate or a frappe in a Melbourne cafe, there is a fair chance it was Arkadia, because the brand is built for cafes first and the home canisters came later. We stock both ends of that range: the 240g and 440g sizes you would find on a supermarket shelf, and the 1kg bags, 1.5kg tins and multipacks that only the cafe supply chain normally carries.
Arkadia chai
The heart of the range. Chai Spice is the signature blend, Chai Vanilla the softer one, and then Chai Espresso (the dirty chai), Sticky Chai leaf blend, and the low sugar and 99% sugar free options. Every flavour, every size and the multipacks are on the chai collection, along with the answers to the caffeine, sugar and gluten questions.
Arkadia matcha
Arkadia's Matcha Latte Chai is a matcha green tea latte powder, lighter and greener than the black tea chais and with less caffeine per serve by Arkadia's own figures. We carry it in the 440g canister and the 1kg bag, plus the two and six packs. It sits inside the chai collection, or go straight to Matcha Latte Chai 440g and Matcha Latte Chai 1kg.
Arkadia golden latte
The turmeric latte, and the one caffeine-free drink in the powdered range according to Arkadia. In a 500g bag: Arkadia Golden Latte 500g.
Arkadia drinking chocolate
Four 1kg cafe blends: the Premium 28% cocoa that most venues run, the 40% Dark for a less sweet cup, White Chocolate, and an Organic gluten free blend. Arkadia rates the 28% at 20g a serve, so a bag is about fifty cups. All of them are on the drinking chocolate collection.
Arkadia frappe powders
Double Shot Espresso, Chocolate and Vanilla in 1kg bags. Each one is a complete base, so it goes in the blender with cold milk and ice and nothing else. They are on the frappe collection.
Arkadia syrups
Vanilla, caramel, salted caramel, butterscotch and hazelnut in the 1 litre and 750ml bottles that take a standard pump, and the pump itself. Arkadia states that none of its syrups contain gluten ingredients. The full set is on the coffee syrups collection.
Buying Arkadia for a cafe
The 1kg and 1.5kg tins and the six and twelve packs are the formats venues order, and they are where the per-cup cost falls. The cafe supplies collection pulls the whole Arkadia range together for stocking a venue, and if you are putting an opening order together, ring us rather than guessing. Everything ships Australia-wide from our Melbourne store.

What is Arkadia?
Arkadia is an Australian, family-owned beverage company that makes chai lattes, matcha and golden lattes, drinking chocolate, frappe powders and coffee syrups, all manufactured in Australia. It is built for cafes first, which is why the range comes in 1kg and 1.5kg sizes as well as home canisters.
Is this the same Arkadia chai sold at Woolworths and Coles?
Same brand and same blends. Supermarkets mostly carry the 240g canisters and the sachets. We carry those sizes plus the 440g canisters, the 1kg and 1.5kg cafe tins and the two, six and twelve packs.
Which Arkadia products are halal certified?
Arkadia's product pages list Chai Spice, the 28% Premium Drinking Chocolate and every syrup as halal certified, and Arkadia says a wide selection of its chai and drinking chocolate range carries the certification. Check the individual product page for the blend you want.
Does Arkadia chai have caffeine?
Yes, the black tea chai powders carry roughly 37 to 50 milligrams a serve by Arkadia's figures, the matcha latte about 25, and the golden turmeric latte none. Sticky chai is brewed leaf and sits close to 200 milligrams a cup.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Metro: usually a few business days. Regional: often a bit longer. You get tracking when it leaves the warehouse.
What is your returns policy?
If something isn't right, tell us. We'll sort returns or replacements under Australian Consumer Law and our written policy. No drama.
