The Still Spirits Ez Filter uses a specially formulated solid activated carbon cartridge to remove unwanted flavours from distilled alcohol. It is a gravity fed filter which polishes and filters your distilled Spirit and is ideal for use with the Turbo 500.

The EZ Cartridge’s porous design allows the spirit to pass through while the un-wanted flavours and by-products from fermentation are absorbed by the activated carbon. You will notice a huge difference in quality before and after filtration.

How To:

• Use one Carbon Cartridge per batch of spirit and replace it for the next batch.  This unit comes complete with an EZ Carbon Cartridge to filter your first batch.
• Unfiltered diluted spirit (40- 50% ABV) is then poured into the upper reservoir and gravity ensures that it will slowly drip through the cartridge to produce filtered clean spirit. Simply wait and then drain the clean spirit through the lower reservoir tap when complete. Easy!
