The 100L Wine production pack contains sufficient ingredients for approximately 10 boxes of grapes. How it Works: Day 1 pack 1 - Potassium Metabisulphite - Grape steriliser to kill all wild yeast and bacteria that otherwise will spoil your wine. Day 1 pack 2 - Pectic Enzyme assists in extracting more juice from the crushed grapes and assists in clearing the wine and getting more colour from the skins when making red wine. Day 2 Pack 1 - Yeast Energiser - This is our special recipe Yeast food which will assist in vigorous and healthy fermentation from start to finish.
