This kit is not about “clear” spirit — it’s about producing the ultimate polished neutral spirit: pure, clean, and flavour-free — the perfect blank canvas for creating anything you want. From smooth vodka to bold rum or your own signature liqueurs, it delivers results you can proudly share.

The Create+ T500 Stainless Steel Column & Condenser is engineered for simplicity and efficiency, producing exceptionally pure distillate. Its all-in-one design is pre-packed with copper and stainless-steel saddles for optimal reflux, while the 2" tri-clamp connection makes it fully compatible with Create+ accessories.

Please note: This kit does not include the boiler. The Still Spirits Create+ Boiler (25 L) is sold separately.

 

The Simple 4-Step Journey

1. Ferment – Make your wash using the included yeast, turbo sugar, and nutrients.
2. Distil – The Create+ T500 Stainless Steel Column & Condenser separates the alcohol from the wash.
3. Filter – The Filter Pro polishes your spirit into a smooth, neutral base.
4. Flavour – Add one of the included natural essences, crafted from real ingredients, to create premium spirits just like the commercial distilleries.

In Australia, stills over 5 L can only be used for water purification or essential oils without a licence. Technically, producing alcohol at home requires a permit — it’s simply a mechanism for paying excise tax. In New Zealand, home distillation for personal use is legal. Always check your local laws.
