Still Spirits Top Shelf Ruby Port: The combination of ingredients make it a velvety ruby red port with excellent character and aroma. A unique essence as it combines the use of red wine and 40% spirit to make the finished product. To make combine, Still Spirits Liqueur Base B with 750ml of red wine and 770ml of 40% spirit. Then top up to a final volume to 2.25lt with water. Then you have the option to add sugar to taste if you would prefer a sweeter port. Serve this port cool at around 12-16 degrees C.
