Italian winemaking tablets. Each 7g tablet contains potassium metabisulphite 94%, ascorbic acid 2%, tannin 3%. Dosage per 100L wine: 1 tab as preservative, 2 tabs to treat affected wine. Tablet dissolves on addition to wine/must.
