Each tablet releases 2g of SO₂ on contact with liquid, making them ideal where lower, more controlled doses are required — particularly for wines being aged in barrel.

Simply add the required number of tablets directly to your wine or must and mix thoroughly. The tablets dissolve rapidly, ensuring a gradual, uniform release of sulphur dioxide throughout the liquid.

Dosage will vary depending on the current SO₂ level in the wine and the volume being treated. As a general guide, a re-sulphiting rate of 2g/hL is recommended, equating to one tablet per 100L. Always calculate the required dose based on existing SO₂ levels before treating.

Supplied in 3 tablet blister pack, once opened, tablets should be used immediately. Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated environment between 5–25°C.
