The impressive finesse of this American IPA beer is brilliant combination of a relatively modest gravity boasting a hop character best described as brazen, bordering on audacious. All that thick heady hop aroma and flavour comes entirely from a single hop variety: the rising star known as Chinook.

Chinook is most often known for its superb bittering qualities but has also developed a passionate following amongst brewers as the consummate hop that bursting with aroma and flavour. Our Chinook IPA recipe kit combines the best of those qualities alongside premium ingredients to produce a delicious, hand-crafted IPA.

The slightly lower gravity and lighter in body compared to bigger IPAs, enhances the perceived bitterness and the crisp smoothness and drinkability.  It shows up in the glass as a bold, resinous Chinook aroma that lingers. Think of pine-like, spicy, mild citrus aroma with robust flavours of grapefruit.
