A great-tasting classic Apple Cider with a crisp, refreshing taste. This is a fine example of Apple Cider with plenty of character from start to finish. Makes approximately 40 pints at 5.9% ABV.

Requires 1kg of Dextrose or Mangrove Jack’s Cider Enhancer.

Cider Enhancement

Mangrove Jacks Cider Enhancer combines natural apple juice concentrate with glucose syrup for extra depth and a crisp, full-bodied cider flavour. It’s designed to suit all cider styles and adds more apple character and smooth mouthfeel. Use this as an alternative to dextrose to make a full-strength cider and further boost flavour, body, and overall drinkability.
