Old fashion ginger beer gives you the choice; the brewer can decide to make it as a soft drink or as an alcoholic ginger beer.

The change from soft drink to a beverage containing alcohol is simply achieved by adding 2kg of glucose ( to be purchased separately ) to the brew.

Either way, this ginger beer has a great refreshing taste and can be made dry or sweet to best suit the brewers preferences. Note for non-alcoholic Ginger Beer simply mix and bottle immediately using carbonation drops ( to be purchased separately )
