Fresh Pressed IPA
Fresh Pressed IPA delivers bold citrus and tropical fruit character from generous additions of Citra and Mosaic hops. Munich and Caramunich malts bring just enough malt sweetness and body to balance the citrussy hop flavours.

Inspired by the West Coast IPA style, with bright hop flavour front and centre. No fruit. Just classic American hops doing what they do best.
Fear not, no fruit was harmed in the development of this beer. Just hops… those got squashed into oblivion.

Tasting Notes

• Aroma: Big, fresh tropical and floral notes with just the right hit of citrus to keep it lively
• Flavour: A clean malt base lays the groundwork for a burst of juicy hops in the middle, finishing as refreshing as it is satisfying.
• Colour: Pale gold with just a hint of haze. Think liquid sunshine.

• Style:  American IPA (West Coast style)
• Malts: Pale malt extract with Caramunich and Munich for subtle sweetness, rich golden colour, a medium body, and excellent head retention.
• Hops: A bold combination of Citra and Mosaic delivers juicy tropical fruit and citrus flavours with a balanced bitterness.
• Fermentation Range: 18–23°C. Stick to the lower end for a cleaner profile
• Original Gravity: 1.051 – 1.053
• Final Gravity: 1.014- approx
• ABV: 4.8 – 5 %
