Mangrove Jack's Craft Series Cider Elderflower & Lime

Flavours of fresh, sharp citrus lime and ripe apple with complex floral elderflower notes. A zesty, balanced fruity cider. This cider pack includes a quality yeast strain specific to cider. You have the option to make this cider sweet, dry, or draught to suit any taste. Make it to 5% ABV with the addition of Glucose 1kg or our Brew Blend Malt Booster #15 1kg for a richer body. Alternatively, make it without any additions a full tasting mid-strength 3.5% alcohol cider. Alternatively, make it without any additions a full tasting mid-strength 3.5% alcohol cider. Makes 23L

Dextrose is a clean brewing sugar  derived from corn that boosts alcohol content in your cider without affecting its crisp, natural flavour

Alcohol 5% approx - golden colour - subtle sweet finish

To make a complete recipe of Mangrove Jacks Cider at full-strength alcohol, you will also need to add 1kg of Dextrose, which is included in this pack
