Famous Well Known Beer Recipes
Here's a great collection of homebrew recipes (see below) for beers similar to many of the popular commercial beers we all know & enjoy.
These recipes are not copies or complete clones . . . we are sure you will notice differences between the beer you make and the original. They are simply similar styles of beer which we believe you will like very much if you are keen on the original.
You can buy many of the recipes below as complete recipe kits or you can make them by buying the ingredients separately. See below for homebrew recipes available as kits.
Beer & Cider Recipes too
That's right. You can also get the marvellous Brewcraft Irish Ciders (sweet or dry) in a kit.
There are also some wonderful variations to these ciders with additional flavour notes.

Something Different
Much better than the classic Aussie bitter. You'll make this again . . . guaranteed.
Uncle Arthurs Famous Falling Over Water
A really strong beer or Barley Wine (about 9-10%). Warn your friends or you will have them falling all over the place.
A strong pure malt stout in the Guinness tradition but with Barley Wine characteristics. It has plenty of body & flavour plus an alcohol level over 7%.
These recipes use BREWCRAFT BEER KIT CONVERTERS in combination with a good quality beer ingredient kit. They allow you to take a standard style beer kit and change it into a special style of beer. For instance you can take a regular Australian lager kit and alter it into an authentic German lager with genuine German hops to give the aroma & maltiness of the real thing
