Ella is a dual-purpose hop that can be used in all hop additions throughout the brewing process.

A pleasant floral aroma that is backed by soft spice and has described to include distinct grapefruit and tropical flavours. It is reminiscent of a noble variety in lower doses and imparts subtle notes of floral and spice but imparts strong tropical fruit flavours in high additions.
