Ekuanot is a flavour/aroma variety noted for it’s intense citrus ranging from pithy orange to lemon & juicy berry alongside mild hay & sap. Favoured for use as a late/whirlpool addition as well as its dry-hopping potential, Ekuanots complex character commonly finds its place in IPA & modern interpretations of pale ale where a fruit driven flavour & aroma is required.
