This recipe is based on Steve's Milkshake recipe. This is a sweet beer that is designed to have fruit added at high krausen and the dry hop addition later in the fermentation. We suggest a kilo packs of frozen mango pulp that would work nicely as the fruit addition. Recommended yeasts: Safale US-05, Mangrove Jacks M44. Dry hopping - Citra ( INCLUDED ) Simple instructions - Pour directly into a sanitised fermenter, top up with approximately 3 litres of cold water and add yeast. Total volume will be 20 litres.
