Wort Volume: 17 L

Final Volume: Top up to 21 L

Brewing Instructions

1. Sanitise all equipment thoroughly.

2. Transfer the fresh wort into your sanitised fermenter.

3. Top up with room temperature water (if desired) to 21 L.

4. Pitch yeast and ferment within the recommended temperature range of your chosen yeast.

5. Once fermentation is complete, bottle or keg and carbonate to taste.
