Classic British Best Bitter. Malty with firm bitterness and very nicely balanced. Generous amounts of Fuggles and East Kent Goldings have been added for flavour and aroma. Bitterness: 35 IBU's using Challenger hops. Pour directly into a sanitised fermenter, top up with approximately 3 litres of cold water and add yeast.
