True American style Pale Ale malty and aggressively hopped with Cascade and a selection of US grown hops. Assertive bitterness but well balanced. Bitterness: 55 IBU's using Magnum hops. Recommended yeasts: Mangrove Jacks M44 ,  Mangrove Jacks M42 Safale US-05, 

Recommended dry hopping - Choose from Cascade, Amarillo, Mosaic, Citra, Simcoe. Simple instructions - Pour directly into a sanitised fermenter, top up with approximately 3 litres of cold water and add yeast. Make sure your total volume is no more than 20 litres.
