With this beer we have gone for quality pilsner Malts, a big handful of Czech saaz hops and the finest low temperature lager yeast and you supply your own water. It's everything you would expect in a great pilsner, light golden crisp floral and a little spicy. This beer is absolutely an inspired choice.
