We have faithfully replicated the traditional sour mash whiskey in this full flavoured wooded bourbon with delicious background notes of vanilla, fruitiness and caramel …smooth and balanced… Makes a huge 4.5 litres.

A a rich smooth bourbon whiskey that benefits from longer aging soaked on American Bourbon Barrel oak chips. The result being a mellow smooth bourbon rich in toasty oak, apple spice and vanilla flavours.

Due to the 6-to-8-week maturation time, there is more contact time with the charred oak that lends to lingering pronounced hints of vanilla,cinnamon and clove.
