Choose Turbo Classic 6 if you are making 6kg batches for a higher quality spirit. It will ferement at wide air temperature range between 15-30 degrees and produce 3.6 - 3.8lt at 93% with a Turbo 500 still. The Turbo Classic 6 is the same yeast as a Turbo Classic 8 but with fewer nutrients designed specifically for 6kg batches. 

This pack also contains contains Turbo carbon to clean & filter the wash during fermentation and Turbo Clear to remove the unwanted yeast cells after fermentation. 

 Asdding Turbo carbon and Turbo Clear will significantly improve the quality of your finished spirit no matter how good your still is.
