How to use American Oak Chips

These chips are designed to make stunning bourbon whiskey strait form the soak on filtered 40% spirit. 

Alternatively, blend your own recipes combining with your favourite spirit essence or enjoy as is. Choose either bourbon,whiskey or rum.

  • Recommended usage: 100 grams to 1 to 2 litres of spirit
  • Soak Time: 2 to 8 weeks
  • Usage: Bourbons,Whiskey, Rum
  • Colour: rich deep golden – the longer the soak the deeper the colour
  • Always soak spirit in glass not plastic

A great match for these Chips is a blend with your favourite Whiskey, Bourbon or Rum essence.

Mix a Top Shelf or Still Spirits Classic essence with 3lt of filtered spirit at 40%. Add 100g -200g of Chips and soak in glass for 2 to 6 weeks.
