Three words sum up this classic Australian Home Lager "We nailed it"!

It so happened that we were at a beer expo (as you do) and we met the head brewer from Matilda Bay. We got talking about Bees Knees over a schooner… "so bro what's in this recipe?" Shock horror not only did he tell us he wrote it out. We dutifully brewed it the next day and the results blew us away… This beer is what you might call a dead ringer. Enjoy.
