A very popular US grown hop. it is a hybred cross of unknown and known hops( Halertau, Tetnanger, East Kent Golding to name a few). Best suited to pale ales and IPAs. Known for its distinct citrus aroma and great bittering qualities, Citra is a good choice for those full hops profiles that are intended to be very prominent. Alpha Acids: 10 - 12%
