What makes this beer unique is the addition of US Mosaic Hops with a rich full body dark ale base. Mosaic is another ripping hop grown in the US Pacific Northwest & it has been described as "super Citra". It is high in alpha acids,  at around 12%, & has bucket loads of flavours such as mango, citrus, tropical & stone fruits... not sure how they fit that all into one hop, but rest assured it has clean bitterness & flavour profiles... Mosaic has become a favourite with craft brewers everywhere.
