To make gin, add the \u003ca href=\"\/products\/air-still-infusement-basket\"\u003ebotanical basket\u003c\/a\u003e, fill it and fit it under the dome.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe Filter Pro finishes the neutral runs: a gravity fed 304 stainless carbon filter that takes 8L of spirit at a time through 500g of activated carbon, with flow control and filter papers to keep the carbon where it belongs.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eHamish's verdict:\u003c\/strong\u003e this is the no-regrets setup. Stills of 5L or under may be used without a licence for water purification or essential oil extraction.
