A built-in fan condenses the vapour, so there is no water supply to organise and nothing to plumb in. It distils small batches of neutral or botanical spirit at up to 60% ABV, sits on a kitchen bench while it works and stows in a cupboard between runs. It also suits distilled water and hydrosols, and a \u003ca href=\"\/products\/air-still-infusement-basket\"\u003ebotanical basket\u003c\/a\u003e (sold separately) turns it to gin.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eA note on the law:\u003c\/strong\u003e in Australia you need a licence from the ATO to distil spirits, including at home. Stills of 5L or under may be used without a licence for water purification or essential oil extraction.
